I'M SIGNING MY PRESIDENTIAL PARDON PETITION FOR 1SG JOHN HATLEY
Whereas, the Army Criminal Investigations Division found no bodies in the canal “crime scene”, no blood, spent shells or other evidence of a shooting by the canal, no evidence at other critical areas where the alleged “crime” happened, and, the property owner said no crime had been committed on his property, and the whole town said no one was missing;
And in fact, there is NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE of any crime and the only evidence came from witnesses with troubled backgrounds or axes to grind;
Therefore, I’m signing my name below requesting that you use the power granted to you by Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution to pardon 1SG John Hatley for his wrongful conviction.
